About Bowling at East Side Bowl:

Please bring your own money for shoe rental if you want to bowl, which is $3 per person. We will have two reserved lanes for supported bowling from 5 to 7 pm. One lane will be set up with the bumpers up and we will have a bowling ramp available. Each lane can accommodate up to 6 people at once and we will take turns to share the lanes. Preference for bowling in these lanes will be given to young people and people with disabilities. For more serious bowlers, East Side Bowl has several other lanes you may rent on your own for $35 per hour, these are first come, first serve.

About Billiards at East Side Bowl:

We will reserve one table for supported billiards from 5-7 pm. Essential equipment is provided. We will take turns to share the table with preference being given to young people and people with disabilities. For more serious billiards players, East Side Bowl has other tables available for rent on a first come, first serve basis.

About ADA accessibility for this event:

This venue has an ample paved parking lot with multiple ADA accessible parking spots with level ground to enter the building. Inside, there are several areas that are accessible including the bowling alley, a billiards room, the Low Volume Lounge, the front ‘58 Room, and a larger music venue in the back. The building has ADA accessible restrooms. Face masks are optional. There is no smoking indoors, however there is a covered front porch with tables and chairs where people are allowed to smoke and vape.

Our event will be held primarily in the front ‘58 room where we will have some small round tables with chairs set up in front of the stage area. There will also be space for people using wheelchairs, and a standing room only area. Please preference seating for those with disabilities and any who may require it. There are also booths offering seating around the edge of the ‘58 room and a bar with several stools.

All performers and speakers in the ’58 room will provide visual descriptions of themselves as they take the stage. Lucas Rueb will provide American Sign Language (ASL) interpretations during the musical performances. PDFs of song lyrics will be available.

Please bring ear protection. Expect the venue to be loud between bowling, music, and all the people. The only sensory relief area available would be to step outside where there is a large parking lot.
