iPhone training for the blind & After Party

Disabled to the Front and the National Federation of the Blind, Nashville, TN chapter invites you to a training series to support blind and low-vision people to best utilize their iPhones. We will meet in Training Room Two of TSU’s Avon Williams instructional site in downtown Nashville on two different dates for these free community trainings, each focusing on different types of techniques. On Tue March 18 we will learn techniques for low vision users including spoken content, zoom, magnifier, contrast settings, and other navigational apps. Tue March 25 lessons will be about voice over techniques including gestures, typing methods, using the rotor, described content, and other useful apps for the blind. Participants, please bring your own iPhone device and personal assistant (if needed).
